Shipping policy
3DotTees DTF ("we," "us," "our") is committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy for more details about how we handle shipping and delivery of our products.
1. Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Next-Day Readiness: Orders placed by 2 PM will be ready for pickup or shipping the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1 business day.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are beyond our control. We will notify you if there are any significant delays with your order.
3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
3DotTees ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please note that delivery times to these addresses may be longer.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
- Tracking: The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
3DotTees is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
3DotTees DTF is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Claims: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Our shipping services are available within the United States and its territories.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss a replacement.
